Many issues relating to the reprocessing of laboratory glassware can now be answered with competence and precision and in a manner which reflects practical experience: From June 2015, a brochure devoted to the reprocessing of laboratory glassware will be available as a download from the following URL: www.aklab.de.
Publisher and responsible for website content is the laboratory glassware reprocessing working group. The 76-page brochure provides information on subjects such as materials, water quality, process chemicals and machine-based reprocessing. It also contains tips and tricks on how to ideally set up and design reprocessing rooms. The publication also brings together the knowledge of experts at Miele Professional, market leader in the field of lab washers, the Hamburg process chemical manufacturer Dr. Weigert and the Mainz-based Duran Group (laboratory glassware) who are all founding members of the laboratory glassware reprocessing working group (AK LAB).
The brochure is available from the group's website as a downloadable PDF file in German, English and French. Customers preferring ink on paper can order the brochure in all three languages at a modest charge via the website.
