At the last IFA exhibition, Miele presented its new dialog oven. Now, a startup called MChef is set to deliver top-class cuisine to your home: Superior three-course menus, served and arranged on elegant plates – and ready to be cooked to perfection in a customer's own dialog oven.
Haute cuisine winging its way to the guest? What this entails precisely was today explained by Frank Jüttner, Managing Director of Miele's German sales subsidiary, at the Innovation Media Briefing IFA preview in Berlin. At the same time, he provided a summary of the products to be presented by the Gütersloh family-owned company in early September in the shadow of Berlin's famous TV transmitter.
New network applications make Miele domestic appliances easier and more convenient to use than ever before. So the company has further extended appliance control by means of voice assistant with the result that Amazon's Alexa has learnt a lot about cooking and washing since its market launch five months ago.
This year at the Eurocucina show Miele is presenting products to visitors on a considerably larger booth (17 - 22 April). The focal point here is the "Dialog oven" – a revolutionary new cooking appliance that will be introduced to the market in the second quarter 2018.
Cooking fish in a block of ice or a fillet of veal in a jacket of beeswax? Without the ice or the wax melting? The time has now come to reinvent cooking – with the Dialog oven from Miele. For the very first time, a technology is being deployed in which electromagnetic waves respond to the textureof food in an intelligent manner.
The Dialog oven from Miele makes preparing demanding meals faster and simpler than with any other cooking method – and with excellent results. Even the seemingly impossible succeeds, such as cooking a fish in a block of ice without the ice melting.
