Systematic 4-piece solution for sparkling crockery

Miele Professional is set to launch matching detergents for commercial dishwashers starting in January 2016. Detergent and rinse aid, available under the brand name ProCare Shine, will guarantee thoroughly cleaned and sparkling crockery – and will complete the Miele system consisting of dishwasher, water treatment systems and a wide range of baskets and inserts.

As a purveyor of solutions, Miele Professional has long been successful in the medical and laboratory sectors. Now, under the System4Shine logo, Miele is to offer a complete product portfolio for commercial dishwashing consisting of products compatible with fresh water models and tank dishwashers.

With these new process chemicals, Miele is closing a gap in its range as previously generic detergents and surfactants were only formulated for either domestic appliances or commercial tank dishwashers. ProCare Shine products, on the other hand, are specially formulated for Miele's high-performance fresh water dishwashers and their cycle times which are typically somewhat longer than on tank dishwashers but considerably shorter than in the domestic sector. As a result, the new and practical detergent tablets for instance dissolve particularly fast so as to enable their ingredients to set to work in the shorter cycles of commercial fresh water machines.

In addition to tablets, a tailored range consisting of three different powder and liquid detergents and a rinse aid is available for both tank and fresh water dishwashers, all available in various packaging sizes. And, the nice thing about the Miele range is that almost all chemicals fall into categories which can be handled without special protective measures, simplifying working life in child care and nursing homes alike.

Dispenser modules ensure the automated and safe dispensing of liquid products and at the same time monitor the level of product in canisters. As detergents and rinse aid is formulated to take on board machine specifications, excellent results can be achieved whilst dispensing sparingly. Miele Professional also issues detailed recommendations on use and dispensing.
