Best liquid detergent system on the market

Miele is the only domestic appliance manufacturer to offer its customers cleaning and care products which are specifically designed for its own appliances. The most recent arrival on the scene is a two-phase liquid detergent for the TwinDos dispensing system which is to be presented at the forthcoming IFA trade show. And with immediate effect, Miele's CareCollection is no longer available solely through Miele Service and via the Internet but can now also be purchased from authorised specialist retailers.

The CareCollection from the Gütersloh-based home appliance pioneer comprises numerous highly effective cleaning and care products covering laundry care and dishwashing. All these products have been developed exclusively for Miele in collaboration with top-class specialists in their respective fields and using only choice ingredients. As these products are tailored with precision to the properties and needs of Miele appliances, the use of CareCollection products always ensures top-class results.

New at IFA in particular is a two-phase liquid detergent which Miele has developed for its TwinDos dispensing system which itself is also new. This consists of a basic detergent which sets to work on soils such as grease and protein (Miele UltraPhase 1) and a detergency enhancer, or booster, to combat stubborn stains such as those caused by red wine or coffee (Miele UltraPhase 2). With the new detergent system, Miele has for the first time succeeded in combining a liquid detergent with a bleaching agent. Consequently, TwinDos achieves superb cleaning results on both whites and coloureds.

Both detergents are dispensed separately at an appropriate time to suit the type of laundry and in the correct ratio. Both were developed by Miele for the TwinDos integrated liquid detergent system which features on the new generation of washing machines. At the same time, TwinDos is an open system also able to dispense conventional off-the-shelf liquid detergents and fabric conditioners from other manufacturers.

New, too, are Miele's capsules for special-purpose detergents and additives for instance for high-quality outdoor wear with an integrated wicking membrane as well as sportswear. These capsules are simply placed in the fabric conditioner compartment of the detergent dispenser and are dispensed automatically during a programme cycle. The capsules are available in packs of ten - either 10 of a kind or as selections. They fit into all Miele washing machines from the new generation.

Last year at IFA, Miele presented fragrance flacons for tumble dryers. This FragranceDos system distributes scent uniformly throughout textiles during a drying cycle. Three different compositions to cater for a variety of personal preferences are available: 'Cocoon' (creating a sense of care and well-being), 'Aqua' (stands for clarity and purity) and 'Nature' (flowery, natural freshness). The flacons are securely fitted in a holder in the door frame.
All products from Miele's CareCollection for laundry care – such as detergents, fabric conditioners and fragrance flacons for tumble dryers – and dishwashers, for example detergent, rinse aid and salt, are now also available through authorised specialist Miele dealers. At the same time, CareCollection products will continue to be available from the Miele webshop and via Miele Service.
