Illuminated refrigeration appliances have never been so stylish, elegant and refined: With the FlexiLight glass-edge lighting exclusive to Miele, the appliance manufacture in Gütersloh once again proves its leadership in innovation – and its love for detail.

Amazement and enthusiasm even when the door opens: The LED light sources gently increase in intensity, immersing the entire interior in a pleasant and uniform light. The light sources are each positioned on the front edge of the glass shelves, so that they cannot be blocked or covered by any large object. Their indirect orientation ensures that the user always has an optimum view and is never blinded.

To allow maximum flexibility and individual customisation of the interior, the lighting can always be perfectly adjusted to the needs of the user because the glass shelves can be "taken with" as a light source. The individual rack levels have electrical contacts for this purpose. If the user pulls out a glass shelf and puts it back lower to make more room for a large cake, for example, the light simply comes along. The shelf hardly makes contact in the new position and it lights up again with full luminosity.

All mid-range and high end Miele Generation K 30.000 refrigeration appliances are equipped with the elegant FlexiLight system. Another treat? The lighting rails can be taken out so that the glass shelves can be easily and hygienically cleaned in the dishwasher.
