With System4Shine, Miele Professional is for the first time offering a complete package to cover all aspects of dishwashing – no matter how much needs washing and how! The system now comprises cleaning products which are specially formulated for use in Miele commercial dishwashers, new undercounter tank models as well as tried-and-tested hooded passthrough models, fresh water dishwashers and ProfiLine washers. A varied range of accessories further helps tailor models to individual needs. Fast and professional support and assistance is forthcoming from Miele's own in-house service operation.

Miele's ProCare Shine detergents and rinse aid are designed for use on both the new tank dishwashers as well as on fresh water and ProfiLine machines from Miele Professional. Detergents and rinse aid are formulated for use on Miele products and have been tested with respect to their cleaning performance and machine compatibility. In the hustle and bustle of workaday life, these products are uncomplicated and ensure sparkling results.

Many undercounter tank dishwashers feature programmes which perfectly match the needs of various loads and levels of soiling. Thanks to variable spray pressure and flexible cycle times and temperatures, items ranging from glassware to trays are cleaned gently but thoroughly. Two models with a reduced height of 72.5 cm can be used above all as behind-the-counter models.

Passthrough dishwashers with short cycles, low energy consumption and top-class cleaning performance also count among the commercial dishwashers on offer from Miele. These models are fitted as standard with a waste-water heat exchanger. The 'Eco' versions of these models even save up to 20% on electricity, not least through the use of a waste-air heat exchanger to capture the latent heat from steam and vapours.

Fresh water dishwashers from Miele Professional are fast and take in fresh water in each phase of a programme cycle. SpeedPlus, for example, with its shortest cycle lasting only 5 minutes is able to wash 456 plates per hour. The 'Brilliant' model is the first special washer operating on the fresh water principle designed for glassware and cutlery – a model even recommended by the high-end Tyrolean stemware manufacturer Riedel for the gentle washing of its noble wine glasses.

A wide range of baskets, available in different sizes to suit machine categories, offers ample space for all load types – from undercarriages for crates to cutlery holders. New to the range are baskets for wine glasses which are held in a sloping position to drain drain water out of pedestals. A spotless, sparkling finish without the need for polishing is afforded by water treatment cartridges providing a supply of fully or partially demineralised water and which can be replaced without fuss. Dispensing systems guarantee the sparing and automatic dosing of detergents, and matching plinths make for customised installation.

The service package from Miele Professional is as comprehensive as it is individual: In Germany alone, more than 150 technicians are devoted to the repair and maintenance of commercial dishwashers. This tight network ensures short distances, low call-out charges and, above all, a fast response within 24 hours. Service, product range, accessories and detergents all tailor System4Shine to the need of Miele Professional clients.
