• Bottle basket now for the first time available for fresh water and ProfiLine dishwashers

• Injector nozzles enable thorough internal cleaning

Reusable glass bottles and decanters are becoming increasingly popular – whether at home, in offices, in cafés and restaurants or in nursing homes and child care. Now, the insides of these bottles can be washed fast and thoroughly in all Miele commercial dishwashers. The matching basket is available both for fresh water dishwashers and for models from the ProfiLine series.

As the bottle basket has now stood the test of time on undercounter tank dishwashers, a similar basket will now be made available for the other model series. The new basket is fitted in place of the lower basket and connects directly to the water supply. It features injector nozzles for 16 bottles. Hence, vessels are cleaned reliably on the inside. ProfiLine models can safely accommodate bottles with a height of up to 27.5 cm; fresh water dishwashers even up to a height of 50 cm (with upper basket removed).

The bottle basket is fitted in only a few simple moves, allowing crockery, pots and pans, and glassware to be washed in the same machine – under particularly hygienic conditions as this type of model takes in fresh water multiple times during a programme cycle. The 'Glassware' programme is recommended for bottles and decanters, although the other programmes can also be used. On fresh water models, the shortest relevant cycle time is 8 minutes; 17 minutes on ProfiLine models.
