Buy, finance or rent - that is the question! Miele Professional offers contract cleaners opting for the latest laundry technology a wealth of options ranging from leasing to rental contracts, even covering all maintenance and repair work.

A leasing contract allows Miele Professional machines to be financed at fixed monthly installments. This also applies to rental contracts which automatically expire after 4 years. Nevertheless, contract cleaners can terminate their rental contract after 12, 24 or 36 months prematurely in the event that they lose a cleaning order for a specific building. Optionally, a rental contract can also cover service calls, including all spare parts, vandalism and operating errors.

As rental costs and leasing rates are considered operating expenditure they can therefore be directly offset against tax. This allows cleaners to avail themselves of the full gamut of modern Miele technology without capital expenditure on, for example, Mopstar washing machines which, depending on the model, are able to accommodate up to 20 kg of mops and cleaning cloths, leaving them ready for use after reprocessing, or even larger washing machines with a 32 kg load capacity. Matching dryers can also be rented, leased or purchased outright. The latter are needed when mops and cleaning cloths are to be stored for any length of time – properly dried and ready for next use.
