In installations where large quantities of laundry need to be washed clean in confined spaces, Miele's Little Giants have been living up to expectations for over 40 years. In April, existing washing machines and tumble dryers will be replaced by two radically new model series: As before, the machines still require no more than half a square metre of space, but now boast an increased load capacity. At the same time, electricity and water consumption has been reduced, and operation is now even simpler thanks to a new touch display.
The Motel One at Cologne's Neumarkt square practices strict segregation: Showers are cleaned with yellow cloths, toilets with red ones and mirrors with blue, whilst green is reserved for the kitchen. Mops made from cotton and microfibres are available for parquet and other floor coverings. All used items land in red baskets. These wing their way via the shortest route to a room where washing machines and tumble dryers from Miele are waiting.
Four new undercounter tank dishwashers from Miele offer greater convenience than ever before. The user interface with its high-resolution touch display is child's play to use and is simple to the point of virtually eliminating operating mistakes. In addition, operating costs are cut significantly by an optimised washing system. These dishwashers produce perfect results – and thanks to their innovative add-on features dispense with the need for manual polishing as glasses leave the dishwasher without stains. The new models are due to be launched in the second quarter of 2019.
Significant reductions in consumption and simpler operation: These are the key advantages of the new washing machines, tumble dryers and tank dishwashers for commercial applications to be presented by Miele at Internorga 2019. Whereas the products themselves take up little space on account of their compact design, Miele's exhibition at the show is spacious: On an area covering almost 100 m², restaurant owners and hoteliers will be able to experience the current portfolio of the Gütersloh-based company live in Hamburg from March 15 - 19 (Building A 3, Booth 308).
